1. Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS. Cancellations by the buyer subject to charge of 30% of Total Price with Balance to be held in store credit only.

2. Each contract is separate sale. Customers cannot transfer funds from invoice to invoice without penalty.

3.  All C.O.D. shipments Must be paid by CASH ONLY!

4. An additional delivery charge will be added If Buyer does not accept original order, or if no one is home to accept delivery.

5. If merchandise doesn’t fit into Buyer’s home, Buyer must contract or have us contract a 3rd party for disassembly at an additional cost to Buyer.

6.  Assembly of merchandise is the sole responsibility of Buyer.

7. The delivery date indicated is estimated date of delivery, If any changes occurs, the Seller will notify the Buyer via telephone or by mail of the new date. Buyer has the option as stated in Terms and Conditions as listed above in #1. Special orders are noncancellable.

8.  All orders subject to special Instructions on reverse side.

9. Due to the nature of wood and other natural materials, there might be a slight difference in the shade or texture of the material. This also includes fabric.

10. All special ordered merchandise MUST be delivered to customer within 30 days upon receipt of these goods from the Manufacturer, unless otherwise stated on face of this order. Each month an additional $50 will be added to sale for storage fees.

11. Customer understands all deliveries are made by 3rd party delivery services, therefore Home Furnishings Center cannot be held liable for any damages done to customer’s interiors

due to delivery and installations.

12. Leather cannot be guaranteed to match as to color or graining due to the nature of the substance. No two pieces are identical.

13. No Warranty is made or intended as to wear of fabrics on upholstered pieces. Seller is not responsible for formal wear and tear, or customer’s misuse of merchandise.

14. All upholstery fabric is cut at random match. There is a possibility that upholstery patterns will not exactly line up with each other at seamed areas.

15. Home Furnishing Center warranties what we sell for 90 days from date of delivery. After such we are not responsible.

16. Upon pick-up or accepted delivery of merchandise conforming to the agreement, purchaser forfeits any right to charge credit or cash refund. Merchandise is non returnable after delivery has been accepted.

17. All damage claims must be made withing 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise and with original packaging.

18. Customer forfeits the right to finance or credit card charge back on all cancellations.

19. All Lay-aways are guaranteed by price only one (1) full year. If merchandise is no longer available customer must deselect. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

20. Customer can change items originally selected before delivery one time only with original pink copy only.

21. Home Furnishings Center reserves the right to collect all legal fees incurred in any judicial processes."
